Welcome Back, Tim!

We’re excited to officially welcome back Tim, our Site Manager, who will be leading our teams across Flintshire and Denbighshire.

Tim plays a huge role in keeping our projects running smoothly and maintaining the high standards we pride ourselves on at A.R.B Works Uk.

A massive well done to him for recently completing his IOSH Managing Safely course — continuing to build on his knowledge and commitment to safety across all of our sites.

Construction Site Manager
📍 Location: Denbighshire/Flintshire
🕒 Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5:00pm
💰 Pay: Very competitive hourly rate + company vehicle

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Site Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and takes pride in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage day-to-day operations on site, ensuring health & safety compliance at all times.
• Supervise trades, subcontractors, and labour to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
• Coordinate materials, schedules, and site logistics.
• Carry out final measurements, inspections, and sign-off of completed works.
• Report progress to senior management and resolve any issues promptly.
• Ensure projects are delivered to specification, within deadlines, and to the highest standards.

What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Site Manager (construction sector).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of H&S regulations and ability to enforce compliance on site.
• Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence.

What We Offer:

Its been a pleasure making and planting these planters for Rhuallt Community 🌸

Louis and Theo made these timber sleeper planters and placed them in Marian Cwm, the larger sleeper has had 2 new steel poles also erected for a new sign.

Zoe has spend some time this morning bringing them to life with some beautiful colourful flowers and bulbs to keep them looking pretty all year round.

I think Theo approves of his Dads handy work 😊
