As KCA Architecture continues to grow, we’re starting to get settled into our second office at the Evolution Business Centre in Northallerton.

Having an additional base to our Aske Stables Office in Richmond, allows us to better support our growing portfolio of projects across Yorkshire and beyond, while creating more space for collaboration, creativity and future expansion.

Whilst our values remain exactly the same, providing a personal, client-focused approach and delivering high-quality architectural solutions, this new office marks an exciting step forward for the practice.

It’s been great to become part of the thriving business community at Evolution Business Centre, and we look forward to continuing to grow, building new relationships and delivering exciting projects from both of our office locations.

A commercial entrance does far more than provide access to a building.

Making An Entrance

First impressions matter, and in architecture, the entrance to a building often sets the tone for everything that follows.

Whether it’s a commercial development, racecourse facility, heritage project or private home, the right entrance design is about far more than appearance. It shapes how people move through a space, how welcome they feel on arrival, and how the building functions day to day.

Good entrance design considers flow, accessibility, visibility, materials, scale and the overall experience of the people using the space. It can create a real sense of arrival, improve functionality and completely change how a building is perceived.

And we love this one. The height, the exposed wooden beams and the natural materials make it feel grand and welcoming at the same time. A space that creates impact, while still feeling warm, calm and inviting.
