Our new build project in Beaconsfield, is full of moments of joy. It's a project we are really proud to say we were a part of, so much so this shot is now my desktop background. I think it captures the essence of our client's original concept of the arched windows, combining beautifully with the gentle and electic interiors. And there is something about that view I just love. The shrubs, green hedging and trees alongside the arts and crafts house opposite. If it were my house, I'd choose it as my reading or nap spot for sure, crack the sash and let a cool breeze blow in. Hats off to .builders as always, it was a delight to collaborate with them on this project. We have a very happy client indeed.

A 9-unit flatted infill development in South London — designed on an underused piece of garden land.
We’ve partnered speculatively with the developer on this one, working through design, consultation and planning with a profit-share agreement on approval.

A great example of how sensitive density, strong architecture and collaborative risk-sharing can unlock value on tricky urban plots.

The location remains a secret for now, but we look forward to sharing more project details in 2026.

Delighted to share the final CGI images of our newly approved 7,000 sq ft luxury home in Rickmansworth.

A quick insight: this one wasn’t designed for our client, but for the future buyers they’re building for.

We agreed a reduced fee — one main design, a few small tweaks — and secured planning first time.

It was a pleasure to be back in Seer Green for a consultation with a new prospective client on not one, but two potential projects! It was a reminder for me how hard work on one project is the best form of marketing for your skills and creativity, and to show the next client that comes along what you can do for them. Finished projects like this one on the same road are a physical portfolio that will always trump the insta grid or a website for me. This particular project involved the conversion of a bungalow to chalet bungalow, with new side extension, oak framed porch, rear extensions and new roof with dormers. Swipe for the before shots!

Sometimes, simplicity speaks the loudest. ✏️ In an era of advanced 3D modelling and immersive visuals, there's still a timeless elegance in a carefully crafted 2D CAD drawing. This front elevation for a new build in Little Chalfont was designed to convey clarity and intention—creating a gentle, thoughtful impression for planning officers reviewing the application. A well-presented 2D drawing remains a powerful tool to communicate design vision with precision and respect for its context. 🏡

A throwback to the design phase of our Cricklewood new build project that has now been finished a few months and is being lived in by our clients. We provided a full suite of CGI images and immersive 3d walkthroughs so they could understand every single aspect of the main house, outbuilding and garden before works progressed on-site. It was invaluable for them and reduced changes on site dramatically, saving the client far more than the cost of our service. Interior design by and build by . So here they are... The final CGI's of our latest private new build home in Northwood, with a small but significant tweak to show white rather than black windows. A latest minute switch by the client as they felt it was a much safer, classic look that would age better.

Works are progressing well and our clients should be in by Christmas!

We are absolutely privileged and delighted to share these stunning images of this penthouse project in W2 with you all.

Ben from has been the driving force behind the spatial design, interiors and overall development strategy for this project.

We worked closely with Ben on spatial design and obtained planning and listed building consent for the conversion, internal and external alterations and mansard roof rebuild.

The existing two flats were combined into a single 3 bed, 3 bath luxury duplex flat and rearranged to provide a contemporary open plan space and terrace at roof level. The existing flat below was utilised for bedrooms, bathrooms and a study / hallway space.

All in all, a fantastic result and well done to Ben and his team for turning this vision into a reality. The new flat looks incredible and it's been a pleasure to collaborate with you as always.
