Another local job we managed to get done in Norden for a regular customer .
A composite deck clean and driveway cleaned Done just before the rain 😁.

When I look at a deck that has seen better days ,it is sometimes better to rip it out and pop another one in .We altered the frame and got the new boards put down . With stainless steel screws not the cheap rubbish thats around .
There was a facia board that was just acting as a wick for moisture so we ripped that out and finished it ready for the sand and oil when the weather improves .This one was in my local area of Norden so the comute was a breeze .

Down in Heaton Chapel prepping the next job today .
Thank You Open - Outdoor Design for the recommendation. Very much apreciated .
Prewashed then cleaned and brightened .
Then finally a biocide from the Pureseal range to kill any remaining lichen .
Next it is the sanding stage .

This Job was a bit special ,as it was for a client who years ago presented a bit of a challenge .
A complete clear finish .
There was nothing available back in the day. So I asked Chris Lawler one of the owners of Pureseal to make one .
It took him a while but he did it .
A fine example of a 20 year old Southern Yellow Pine deck brought back to just what they wanted .
Prewashed
Cleaned with Deck Clean Pro
Sanded
Then 2 coats of Deckshield Pro .
This is why Deckshield was invented .
Well done Pureseal !!.

Day 1 is the clean on this Southern Yellow Pine deck using Deck Clean Pro from Pureseal ltd .
Thw delivery was there before I got there . Awsome customer service from Chris and his team .
Tomorrow the fun begins when the Terrassen Blitz deck sander comes out to play . fans reestoration@external cleaning
