Small panelling job 🤣🤣! Very time consuming to get this finish but looks amazing! I’m just the chippy on this one, so can’t claim all the credit! 🤣

Small bedroom media wall including fire and tv. Nice and slim as not to take too much off the room. Soon be strictly dancing time with the rain pattering on the window and that’s just the summer 🤣🤣.

Lovely Victorian feature snug room wearing a new skim of plaster. Ready for a coat of paint and some cosy evenings in. 🤣

The landing had bare plaster on wood chip wallpaper so the walls needed stripping, repairing and panting. Skirts fitted properly and glossed along with woodwork for a cleaner look. 😀

Bedroom walls painted in a really dark grey. Needed stripping back to the plaster including removing the old wood chip. The walls were then sealed with pva, lined and painted! Looks a lot brighter now and the paper isn’t peeling off, was really hot though with the warm weather and steamer 🥵🤣

Bench and sentimental memories restored. The lats had rotted leaving just the metal frame. New lats cut and treated, new coach bolts and it’s ready for the summer and new conversations! 😀

Window units failed! 8 new ones ordered and installed! 😀

Conservatory roof kept leaking through the original flashing. Removed the old silicone and re sealed, plus removing an aerial wire which really shouldn’t have been there in the first place. The original plasterboard was pulling away from the wall so removed and re boarded plus plaster. Was a bit hot in there though 😅🤣

Laminate floor and scotia installed after repairing a leak from one of the shut off valves under the sink. Otto the Labrador helped with the installation 🤣🤣. Laminate flows from the kitchen into the larder cupboard, utility and downstairs toilet.

Three coats of paint from bare plaster. Looking almost summer house ready. Just needs the floor laying. 😁
