Double garage converted into a golf studio.
The roof was removed and refitted so we could reconstruct it and allow a 3m ceiling height for the club swing.
Putting holes cored into the floor for that little extra practice.
A storage area was kept at the front and a small loft area created.

Emergency debris netting fitted to an office block in London, bits of the pelmet had started to deteriorate and was a hazard to public.
This allowed us time to put a plan into action and we are now doing a refurbishment on the outside of the building. I will post once the job is completed.

Existing drive was sinking in places so a new drive laid but with a 30m2 extension to give more parking and this time it has a charcoal boarder all round the perimeter to give more definition.
We will be returning around March to build new piers and add lighting to them.

Roof cleaned to clear moss, then sprayed to prevent any further growth for the next year.
This was cleaned using scrapers and stiff brushes to prevent and damage to the tiles.
New facia, Soffit and guttering supplied to give the property a new new clean look.
