al authority. Based in the Medway Towns we cover majority of the Kent areas. All properties without recent electrical inspection certificate would require an Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) by us, this is to establish the condition of the existing electrical installation of the property, which would tell you if the property is safe electrically to be inhabited. Any minor electrical works required by landlords would also be supplied with a Minor Works Certificates on completion. Security systems
