Another recent project completed installing Karndean Van Gogh – Croftmore Oak in a classic herringbone pattern throughout this property 🏡✨

The installation flows from the entrance hallway through to the new rear extension, creating a seamless and stylish look across the space.

Before installation, the subfloor was fully prepared with latex to ensure a perfectly smooth and level surface — an essential step for achieving a high-quality, long-lasting finish.

To complete the look, we installed a 3mm design strip border which frames the herringbone layout beautifully and adds a clean, high-end detail to the floor.

Karndean is a fantastic choice for busy homes and open-plan living areas — giving you the natural appearance of wood with the durability and easy maintenance of luxury vinyl.

✨ Bathroom & Ensuit Flooring✨

I have just finished prepping and installing this gorgeous Invictus Primus LVT in “Pure Marble Snow”, and the results speak for themselves! 🤍

Before laying the new floor, I carried out full prep work to make sure the finish is as smooth and durable as it looks:
✅ Fitted 6mm ply for a stable base
✅ Electrician Installed electric underfloor heating for that perfect warm feel underfoot
✅ Applied a flexible latex leveling compound to cover and protect the heating mat, ensuring a flawless surface for the LVT

The Pure Marble Snow design adds a timeless, elegant look — giving all the luxury of real marble, but with the comfort, warmth, and easy maintenance of LVT. 💫

Phase 2 complete, Amtico Form Valley Oak chevron and Plank installed on the 45 with single plank border with Stairrods Ali bendy Bull to curved step.

Few more little Jobs installed

Recent Job back of house at a hair salon including a pilates room. Problem subfloor with damp issues so client went with full prep consisting of 1st coat of fball 1200 latex (moisture tolerant), then a coat of Fball F77 DPM followed by P141 grit primer topped of with Fball 300Hd.
Then finished off with polyflors wood Fx Pur with welded seams to kitchen and CFS carpet tiles to Pilates Studio.
