We are a fast-growing company within the green energy and home improvements industry, providing a range of leading renewable energy and improvement products within the UK.
We are expanding our consultant team and recruiting salesman/saleswomen, they'll go to 3 booked appointments, booked by our tele sales team. All of our customers will be interested in buying home improvements or solar products.
what we offer:
Commission and Bonus structure based on performance :
A competitive basic salary with uncapped commission plus monthly bonus's
OTE £2500-6500
commission ranges from 10%-20% of each deal (Average Sale 7k)

The role:
Go to 3 booked appointments a day either solar or home improvements.
Familiarising yourself with essential details of our products and services so you are able to answer questions confidently
Building relationships with customers asking questions to their requirements and making detailed ones.
Training:
Full inhouse training will be provided and we will work with you to develop your skills in a friendly environment to ensure you achieve your full earning potential. First week you will be out with a senior sales rep learning what to sell and how to sell and how the whole job runs.
