I have a HUGE but SMALL favour to ask, to enable me to reach more people. We know we offer a top tier service, we know we are reliable and dependable. We also know there are many homeowners out there being "mugged" (sorry there is no other word for it) getting false recommendations and being charged top level prices for sub standard work, often still leaking. Customer said the neighbour downstairs had a stain forming on the ceiling, after a little investigation, found that the flush cone on the toilet was leaking, causing the issue. So out it came, replaced the pan connector at the same time, and all back together like we were never there in the first place
