What We Are Looking For:
Confident Drivers: You’ll need a valid driving licence and the confidence to navigate between jobs.

Natural Leaders: We need someone who can comfortably manage team members while also following instructions to keep things running smoothly.

Reliable & Thorough: Our clients love us because we clean to an impeccable standard around Romsey, Eastleigh, and Wi******er.

Trustworthy: Because we work in private homes, a standard DBS check is required for all applicants.

Perks & Pay:
Great Earning Potential: Start at £13.00 per hour during your training. Once you’re fully trained and step into the Team Leader/Driver role, this increases to £16.50 per hour!

Everything Provided: We supply your uniform, all cleaning equipment, and a company work van/car with a fuel card—so no wear and tear on your own vehicle!

Full Support: Don't worry if you haven't done professional cleaning before. You will be fully trained by our brilliant team leader until you feel 100% confident.

Position Details:
Type: Self-employed
Hours: Full-time (up to 50 hours per week)
Flexibility: Weekend work is also optionally available if you want extra hours!

My name is Rachel and I am the owner of RBcleans. My passion for detail and spotless spaces is the driving force behind everything we do at RBcleans. With around 7 years in the cleaning trade and 3 years running RBcleans, I’ve built this company on a simple belief: a clean house makes a home feel like home again.
For many of us, especially busy families, time is the ultimate luxury. I started this journey solo with the specific goal of helping families claim back that time, so they can walk through the door and immediately relax in a pristine, comfortable environment.
