First job this morning was a return visit to finish a previous job we’d had to leave after finding a nesting pigeon. Irrespective of the species, nesting birds are all protected by law.

Our stance is firm, we will not ‘not see it’, not check or not care. We look first but if we don’t spot it till we’ve started, we do what we can and leave the rest, returning once they’re done to finish the job. We don’t charge any more, and you don’t pay anything until we’ve come back and finished.

Busy start to the week dismantling some dead and dangerous trees. Work made easier and safer with the big green grabby cutty thing 💚

Friday 😎 Easy one today, hazel pollard and prune to open up a dark corner of the garden.
Climbed and checked for nesting birds first, lower sections retained for screening and habitat 🐣

Thursday! Couple of jobs in Wellow, dead bits n bobs at the first and a willow fell and poplar prune at the second. Very average day, nothing overly challenging or interesting 🤣
