V&L Architects We are a fun and friendly practice, that specialises in residential homes We provide a personal, one to one, approach to each of its clients.

BBD-architects believe that each design brief, site and client have their own individual parameters where form and function develop through the design process. We love our job and make design fun. Full standard service package:

Concept: We listen, understand and interpret your vision to enable us to design your home

Planning: We support you through the planning process by liaising and negotiatin

g with the local authority

Technical: We develop technical drawings and specifications for your project, to gather a set of competitive prices from a carefully chosen list of building contractors in preparation for the construction process. We liaise with building control to ensure your project complies with the necessary statutory requirements. Site Support: We can support you and your project on site by acting as your Contract Administrator. We monitor quality of work, review progress on site, certify payments to the contractor until the project is handed over to you upon completion.
