No2 of 3 shell only builds from last year. This one being a first floor extension with a large structural opening to incorporate 2 double bedrooms & a walk in wardrobe from the existing master bedroom. With the existing extension being somewhat questionable a steel ring beam to build off was the way forward.

A relatively small part of this customers ongoing renovation project completed. An awkward space now connected with the through & through chimney breast creating a cosy office & snug area. The lounge has also been given a new lease of life with its now exposed brick chimney breast. All external walls have been insulated to give this once 19th century School house a greater thermal efficiency. As always Thank you to all involved with this project.
