Well it’s been a busy year again, and a busy few months using the new addition.. nice to get on the seat of the new too us 4tonner. Been doing a few different jobs and it’s all a big thank you to my dad for allowing me to pilot the new machine and letting me look after it and run it as my own.

Apologies for the lack of updates, Well here’s a selection of some of the machine work I’ve been involved in just lately, some footings pulled over site and civils for a new underground cable.

And some kerb repairs and general machine work/hard landscaping on a church car park.

Been a busy weekend at home! Finally got round to clearing the rubbish overgrown ivy and crap, and replacing with a nice secure new concrete post and panel fence line. Been a busy two days with moving stuff out the way to get to the hedge, but looking much fresher 👍

Well here’s some odd pictures of an emergency land drain repair/replace. Roughly 700metres in total, full weekend and two week days to dig in and set the pipe. Well this little job has been keeping me busy, spent hours tidying up someone else’s mess and have managed to get some of it looking better.

Still plenty to do, I’d imagine it’ll be an ongoing project for next year now. Pretty pleased with the Takeuchi, only a hire machine but could be persuaded to try one for myself.

Another varied one this week.. found all kinds of treasure in this job, fresh water stone culvert that had been dug through and needed reinstating, sewage sytem running backwards from tree roots and a new water main install, But had a lovely Takeuchi machine to use for the duration 👌 happy to be back on the levers 👍 hopefully wrap this up Monday grade out tidy up and finish off digging electric cable trench. Until then it’s time to spend some time with my little 9month old son, work can wait until Monday
