✨ New bedroom/en-suite with hallway completed in Rothienorman as part of an ongoing project.

Earlier stages of this job included converting the garage into a new bedroom and en-suite. Another one that was fully taped and painted for a crisp, clean finish throughout. 🎨

There’s been a bit of a lack of posts from me on the page recently, but I’ll be making more of an effort to share the work I’ve been involved in. I’ve had the pleasure of being part of some great jobs lately.

✨New Toilet Room & Utility Area✨

This project involved creating a toilet room and utility space from what was originally one large utility room. Both rooms were fully taped and painted to give them a clean, fresh finish.

🚽 Toilet Room

- The slightly higher ceiling made the space feel a bit cold and empty
- After some thought, we decided on a black ceiling, which made a huge difference to the overall feel of the room
- Ceiling: Farrow & Ball Dead Flat (Black)
- Walls & Woodwork: Dulux Egyptian Cotton

🧺 Utility Room

- Walls: Dulux Egyptian Cotton
- Woodwork: White Satin finish
- Coat Hook Area: Farrow & Ball Light Blue for a nice feature touch

The darker ceiling in the toilet really transformed the space and added warmth and character.

A lot of work went into this house and it came up wonders. All woodwork sprayed to a finish upstairs with all walls finished with a slight off white.

Downstairs woodwork finished off with Osmo oil and and off white again on the walls.
