Built a garden office for the Professor- my wife a few years ago and have only just got around to fitting the woodburner to keep her toasty in the winter. There was only a small amount of nervousness about cutting a large hole in an expensive rubber roof..... hope it doesn't leak

Certainly not a pretty job and not a pleasant one to do- all tiles and subfloor removed from this chilly utility and hallway, joists insulated and new subfloor laid. I was in particular awe of the previous joiners work- no wall plate to fix the joists too, they were just........ floating🤣

Tired looking yard given a new lease of life..
- All waste removed and thoroughly cleaned
- Broken gutter and clips replaced
- Failed render and motor ground out and repaired
- Fully primed and 2 coats masonary paint applied
- Windows and door sealed in as the fitters couldn't be bothered to do their job properly🤣

Just finished this afternoon- all turf removed, w**d matted, framed and decked with a concealed fastening system so that no screw heads are visible. N.B see last pic- no small children were harmed or exploited in this project
