🚨 When DIY Goes Wrong… 😬

Got called out to a job after a good customer of ours wondered why their boiler pressure kept dropping, found out a nail had gone straight into a hidden pipe behind the plasterboard! 😅🔧

If you’re hanging shelves, TVs or in this case, a clock. Always check before drilling or nailing, it can save you a big headache.

🚰🔥 Low Boiler Pressure? Here’s How to Top It Up! 🔥🚰

If your heating isn’t quite doing the job, it could be down to low pressure in your boiler.
Don’t worry, topping it up is usually nice and simple:

1️⃣ Check the gauge – it should sit around 1–1.5 bar.
2️⃣ Find the filling loop – usually a silver flexible hose under your boiler.
3️⃣ Open the valves slowly – you’ll hear water flow.
4️⃣ Stop at about 1.2 bar – then close the valves back up.
5️⃣ Share this post – it might help family and friends too!

✅ Top tip: don’t overfill it! If your pressure keeps dropping, it could be a sign of a leak and worth giving us a call.
