Earlier last year, we were contacted to put right a flooring job that had unfortunately gone wrong.
The issue turned out to be a failed subfloor that hadn't been properly prepared, using the correct products. We removed the failed sections, carried out the necessary repairs to create a solid, level foundation, and then fitted brand-new flooring to a professional standard.
A good flooring installation starts with proper preparation. No matter how good the flooring material is, it will only perform as well as the surface beneath it.
