I had to return to replace this bath after it got damaged a couple months after the job was finished. There's nothing worse than having to tear up work already done, but had to get on with it. Removed tiles to get the bath out, replace new, and retile. Very relieved to say you can't tell it ever happened!
Very uncommon, but after care and willingness to return to sort out any problems is a service that must be provided.

This room was in a dire state, needing the floor leveling, structural ties onto the wall, and cracked and crumbling brickwork repairing. Pulled out all the stops for this repeat customer, they were so pleased I could do the work for them during their renovation. Look forward to joining them for a drink in the garden when it's all finished 🍻

A lot went on here including reboarding and plastering the whole room, replacing the whole floor, and I was even convinced to do the decorating here. Moving the sink under the window to allow a bigger shower was a good decision. Again the light colour tones with a contrast floor makes this big room feel even more spacious and elegant. Customer was over the moon.

This bathroom was taken right back to brickwork after bad water damage in multiple areas. We achieved a high end product none the less, with these slate effect tiles, and brushed copper colour finishings. The customer was bold with their style choices, and were delighted with the result.

Very pleased to have done another project for this customer. After fitting their kitchen and their mum's last year, they recently asked me back to do the bathroom. It's a wonderful part of the job to get on so well with people.
