✨ Another fantastic job completed for a happy customer! ✨

Weeds had started growing through the artificial grass, so we lifted the full area, re-levelled the ground, topped up with additional sharp sand, installed a brand-new membrane, and added a new timber frame fastening structure to secure everything properly 🌿🔨👌

Everything was then fully levelled using a wacker plate, and we created the correct drainage fall to ensure proper water run-off and a long-lasting finish 💧

The result? A solid, clean, low-maintenance outdoor space that’s built to last 🙌

Old, rotted cladding boards removed and replaced with brand new treated timber, along with a fully upgraded door so everything blends in seamlessly. Finished off with a smart, modern lock to give the whole area a fresh new look 👌

Now just waiting for the wood to fully season before the customer paints it in their chosen colour 🎨

This project included removing an old heating boiler tank, upgrading the insulation to meet current standards, and fully boarding the loft for safe and practical use. We also installed a new light, fitted a larger pull-down loft hatch, and finished it all off with a clean architrave surround for a high-quality, professional look.
