Here are some dormer roofs we replaced back in the summer. The old felt and boards were severely rotten and water was coming inside the property.

We replaced all insulation, boards and fascia around the roofline. As well as covering the deck with edpm rubber. This is a much more effective solution to your old and broken felt roof.
