Week 4 done! ☔️

The first photo summarises the week pretty well…so wet you just have to laugh! 😂🥲

That being said some big progress has been made! Insulation finished in the walls and ceiling, a rogue dry day on Tuesday allowed us to finally get the rubber roof down, all fascia and soffit on and the cladding process has finally begun!

Slow going to get through the first side with the two windows to work around, but some momentum next week on the rest of it!

Rounding things off this week so keep your eyes peeled to see the finished product! 👀

Week 3 is in the books!✅

Some real progress this week getting the roof finished and ready for the rubber to go down (still waiting for a dry day to do this…😅), all windows and doors in, counter battening finished and insulation underway inside!

Exciting stuff going into next week, with plans to get the cladding done, rubber roof on, fascia’s and soffits on and the inside fully insulated and plaster boarded!

Friday saw the end of week 2 on this garden office build! 🪚🔨😁

Lost another day to the weather ☔️ but still managed to push on and get the whole thing sheathed, wrapped in Tyvek, partially battened and 80% of the roof on!

Well that rounds off the first week (4 days) on this project with L J Treleaven Carpentry & Construction 👌

Area cleared, ground screws in, insulated base installed, floor and sole plates in!✅

Dodging showers and sliding around in the mud but the sun did show its face on a few days!

All ready to get the walls up at the start of next week!
