You know I love teeny tiny things! This miniature foraged bouquet is currently brightening up my desk and making me smile. I'm also impressed that I was able to balance the coin for this photo. Feeling pretty pleased with myself in general. 🤣.

I just spent a lovely afternoon seeing the new Saxons exhibit at . I've loved learning about the Anglo Saxon era ever since I took my first old English language and literature class in college. Wonderful, thoughtful, engaging, educational exhibit! I particularly liked the accurate modern replica of the sword next to the original sword from the warrior burial. So cool to see what it would have looked like at the time right by the artifact! Definitely worth a visit before the exhibit closes November 1st!

It only feels like I've made an infinite number of gingerbread houses this year. 🤣 75 ready for our annual gingerbread house decorating party this evening and I made my own little gingerbread Kusama style gingerbread mirror room in the groovy mirror built-in that came with our house.

I just made the most AMAZING cranberry walnut cookies with some luscious cranberries and walnuts from . Great ingredients and a great recipe can make magic! Vassar people--I got serious Nilda's Cookie vibes from the texture and flavor and it makes me SO HAPPY!
