I’m very sceptical when it comes to things that are said to improve,help, alleviate and cure issues. However since wearing these after a hard day Plastering, wearing during playing sport or a workout my nighttime legs cramps have diminished to a point where I’m not even getting cramp during the night now. So I’m sleeping much better!! If you suffer from night time cramps due to (most likely) muscle fatigue please try these!! They have been a game changer for me!!! Looking forward to trying other products from this company when I need.

Old render removed and replaced with a far superior silicone organic resin render. A lot of cables etc on wall surfaces, checked through and redundant cables and services removed. Hard graft, awkward at times and fought with the weather (as usual in this country). But happy with result. Client over the moon and walls water tight!! Decorator has since been to work his magic where needed, but not yet seen the finish article! Job completed in August by the way.

Few bits of work completed lately. Fixing ceilings after leaks, overboarding and skimming ceilings, installing insulation, patching in coving, removing paper, making good walls, fixing cracks on external walls etc etc. St Albans’ local plasterer.
