Phase 2 now complete on the job in prestatyn today after the final jet wash. 🤝

T and g summerhouse complete with lean too leading on to a 600x600 porcelain tile patio creating the perfect spot for the summer evenings for all the family and friends.

Sleeper retaining wall ✅

Existing sleeper retaining wall was incorrectly installed and with no planning!
Resulting in a landslide which made the garden unfit for purpose.

Due to the customers quality garden design it made our task that much more tricky.

We got the machine in through the neighbours garden but had to wheel barrow everything out and back in up and down ramps.

80 tonnes of clay excavated and removed✅
Steel I beams drilled and set 40% deep.✅
Sleepers set and treated✅
Sufficient drainage installed 💧
60 tonnes mot type 1 wheel barrowed in and compacted in layers✅
20 tonnes of grade A topsoil wheelbarrowed in ready for the customer to replant 🌼
Artificial turf reinstated and a full day power washing the customers property now over to the customer to do the final touches 👌

Footing and block work to create a step for the difference in levels ✅

Complete driveway transformation!!👌

Due to limited parking spaces on this street our customer wanted a new gravel driveway to utilise their space.

They now have a new durable driveway big enough for both vehicles✅

Complete rip out of over 30 tonnes, hardstanding installed to regulations and we also installed gravel grids to ensure the gravel doesn't move/rut when driving over.

We were asked to install a post and rail fence to divide the drive from the pathway.

Rainton light grey porcelain patio installed in Connahs Quay.✅

Previous patio didn't have enough fall resulting in standing water, leaving the patio looking tired and in need of an update.

We reconfigured the levels with new drainage to suit also adding a rodding point for the existing bathroom and kitchen.

We tiled the retaining wall and steps to add that seamless finish.

With some challenging cutting and some head scratching we've got this one over the line with some very happy customers 👌👷

Do you have drainage problems? 🌧

Our customer over at the feanolfawr hotel were struggling every time there was heavy rain. The ground is built up of solid clay resulting in no natural drainage.

We installed aco drains that run into 2 meter deep water pumping chamber supplied by tanks for everything.

The tank holds a capacity of 600 litres with a pump inside which has floatation switch, so no need for the customer to be concerned when it rains the pump will take care of everything 👌
