Preparing the ground to lay patio for a lovely client of ours... previously the ground had not been prepared correctly and lifting causing a trip hazard!
Also constructed a step for easier access for our client... Final result...a patio fit for purpose with the correct fall for rainwater to drain and not pond.
And an extremely happy client.

Latest project! Currently in the process of renovating early 1900s cornish cottage...
This property was suffering from damp and condensation, the stone walls had been rendered causing problems as it couldn't breathe.
By hacking off the render and applying a membrane which allows stone to breathe we can solve the problems...

We will keep you posted with further details and photos of ongoing work up to completion shortly...
