Another garden transformation completed ✅
This project involved removing over 10 tonnes of soil to completely reshape and level the area ready for a fresh new look. We then installed 150mm of hardcore to create a solid base before finishing the garden with 35mm artificial grass for a clean, low maintenance finish.
We also built a brand new planter and rendered it to match the garden perfectly. The existing wall was cleaned down, fully prepped and re-rendered to give the whole space a much brighter and more modern appearance.
A huge transformation from start to finish and another very happy customer 👌

Customer sent us photos of a damaged drain that had completely pulled away and needed urgent attention. We attended quickly and carried out an emergency repair to prevent any further issues and get everything back working properly.
Whilst on site, we also managed to install a brand new fence for the customer, giving the garden a much cleaner and more secure finish.
Another happy customer and another job completed to a high standard.

Got damp around your doors or windows? 💧
If you’re noticing damp patches, blown plaster, or mould near openings, the chances are there’s no cavity tray installed — a common issue we come across.
On this recent job, the customer contacted us to investigate ongoing damp problems. After opening up the area, we found no DPC cavity tray had been installed, allowing water to track inside.
🔨 What we did: • Removed external render
• Took out blockwork above the opening
• Stripped out damaged plasterboard internally
• Installed a new DPC cavity tray with weep vents to correctly divert water
• Made good internally and externally, leaving it ready to decorate
✅ Problem diagnosed
✅ Proper fix installed
✅ Damp issue resolved

💧 Another Leak Sorted – Quick & Stress-Free 💧
A nice straightforward job for us today. The customer had been contacted by South West Water about a leak on their property that needed resolving.
After a bit of investigation, we quickly identified the issue – a poorly fitted connection from a previous installer had failed.
We replaced the damaged section with new pipework and secure fittings, and just like that… problem solved ✔️

Back at Fowey Hall this week rebuilding a wall that was taken down during the recent storms.
Strong winds brought down a neighbouring tree which unfortunately destroyed the original brick wall. After clearing the damage, we carefully salvaged as many of the original bricks as possible — giving them a thorough clean and wire brush so they could be reused.
The granite copings were also recut and reset, allowing us to rebuild the wall while keeping the original character of the property.
A solid rebuild that should now stand strong for many years to come.
