Mid Cornwall Landscaping pulled out all the stops for this new housing development in Falmouth - Barratt Homes - Pen Bethan. Literally 5 days ago there was nothing in these gardens, no paving, lighting, fencing, turf or plants.

Great effort to get the show home and sale unit completed on time for the grand opening.

SMALL JOB - BEFORE & AFTER PHOTOS!

Client is St Austell based - Needed some steps re-doing, small path installing, planting bed freshened up and an ACO drain installing as water was washing into their garage.

Soft Landscaping:
We are looking for experienced operative landscapers to join our team. Your roles will predominantly involve large areas of turfing and planting schemes. The applicant will need to enjoy working outside in all weather conditions.

As work is sometimes carried out in schools, care homes, hospitals etc. a DBS check will be required.

Ideally: you will hold a valid CSCS card
Must have: Full Driving licence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Starting on £11.50 (possibly more, depending on experience).

A massive thank you!
In the beginning the garden was pretty unsightly, impractical and had drainage issues that made the garden impossible to use. However, the garden has now been transformed.

The thought skill and attention to detail shown by Mid Cornwall Landscaping, when working on my rear garden, has truly created an extension to my home. It’s now a beautiful functional open space.

There were mostly wet days for this project and I can see how it can slow work down and take that bit of extra time, however, It’s worth the extra week. On days with heavy down pours, the team still turned up getting stuck in, wading through deep mud to clear the areas to make headway each day. So much determination and dedication to get the job done.

From the initial design and planning with Martin, to the handling of excavation equipment in tight spaces, I’m left with a real appreciation for all the effort throughout the job.

Myself and neighbours witnessed for 4 weeks a team that was considerate and thoughtful, keeping the lines of communication open and maintained 100% professionalism at all times.

Another project completed! --- Liskeard ---

After we managed to get our micro digger in through the rear gate, there was approximately 24 tonnes of material to remove before we started the makeover. The garden had seen better days for sure.

The client brief was to create a more contemporary space, with open views and clean lines. Opening up the lower patio area to almost double the size, removing the curved wall and original steps. Adjusting the levels, creating a flow from one end of the garden to the other.

Took just 4 weeks to complete, working through the terrible weather we’ve had over the past month. I hope you will agree, the garden looks much better for it.

Was a good team effort from, Kieran, Rob, Ben, Alan, and Martin. Well done everyone.
