At Yourstaircase Ltd we have an exciting opportunity to join our increasingly growing team. Yourstaircase Ltd is a bespoke staircase manufacturing and fitting company.
We are looking for sales administrator/sales advisor who would also be required to assist with the administrative side of the business and liasing with customers both face to face and via telephone conversations. This role would also include carrying out quotations on a face to face basis.
ABOUT YOU
You’ll need to be professional, caring, courteous and well organised to join us as a Sales administrator. You’ll take a real interest in our clients and processes you will need a good telephone manner and strong communication skills.
Duties:
Answering all incoming calls and redirecting them to the correct contact.
Cover the front Reception desk on occasion greeting visitors
Taking messages, sending emails, liaising with our on site joiners and updating client files.
Completing reception administration tasks
Ordering of materials on a weekly basis to ensure all projects have the required equipment
Conducting quotations via social media, whatsapp, and face to face with clients (this will involve travel to clients properties)
Collecting payments for all projects (as outlined within contracts)
We are looking for someone who:
Is proficient using a PC and its packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Is flexible, enthusiastic and can work to their own initiative
Demonstrates confident and effective telephone skills
Has excellent interpersonal skills, including questioning and listening at all times
Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
Is organised and can prioritise a busy workload
As this role involves travel a driving licence is required for all candidates
