Redevelopment to provide a large 4 bedroom family house - a luxury dwelling for the client's own use in contemporary style, opening up to the wonderful sea views. Services provided included planning and construction drawings, and obtaining Planning and Building regulations consents. The project was succesfully completed by contractor Paul Lord in late 2014, and incorporates ground source underfloor heating and a photo-voltaic array.

Services included full construction design and specifications, obtaining Planning and Building regulation consents, and checking construction on site. The project was successfully completed in 2014 by contractor Chapman Construction Ltd, who provided the photographs.
