Original sash windows, replace with uPVC? What do you think? Church road TN37 last week, inner sash bottom rail totally rotten (previously repaired with softwood, erm, big no no). New hardwood rail created on-site to match original profile. Inner decoration colour matched to 'yellowing' surrounding gloss.
