🏠 Another Full Exterior Restoration Done Right

This home needed more than just a fresh coat of paint - it needed the right preparation, products, and process to ensure long-term protection and a lasting finish.

Here’s what we did:

✔️ Thoroughly cleaned and prepped all surfaces
✔️ Applied anti-fungicidal treatment
✔️ Removed unstable, broken, and previously failed areas
✔️ 1 coat of high-quality masonry sealer
✔️ 2 coats of premium masonry paint for full coverage and durability

🌿 The timber trellis was completely stripped back to bare wood, re-stained to bring back its natural colour, and sealed with a UV-resistant exterior lacquer - restoring it to its former glory.

⚠️ This property had experienced issues due to previously applied products that weren’t suited to the surfaces - leading to failure over time. We corrected the system, re-established proper keying, and used materials suitable for each substrate - ensuring strength, adhesion, and longevity.
