Very enjoyable room restoration in a Victorian House . Walls are Farrow and Ball Cream no.67 . Ceiling paper repaired and repainted , as was all woodwork. Finishing touches by my client 👌

Repair to a Victorian Landing Balustrade, fitting two new spindles, wood filling and sanding , undercoating and finishing with three top coats of Wimbourne White.
Then attention to an upstairs Cast Iron Victorian fire inset. Tiling of the concrete hearth, finishing with a metal trim in graphite. Inset cleaned and painted in a matt black finish 👌

An enjoyable renovation / decoration of a Morning room in a beautiful Victorian House . Applied a new Dado rail which emphasises the separation of ceiling and wall colours . Feature wall made of the chimney breast to add impact to the room. Restoring Grandeur to a beautiful home is a pleasure. Colours by Little Greene.

A very satisfying Front door / porch renovation.
Front step built up and squared off with a self levelling compound and tiled in a Victorian style .
Door furniture replaced , all in chrome . Front door lightly sanded / undercoated / and repainted 👌

Bespoke alcove shelving created and painted in Lick vibrant green to match the walls. Ceiling and frieze painted in Wimbourne white complimenting and highlighting the vibrancy of the green

Original Victorian front door and porch renovation. Letter box opening filled in and new post box installed. Door sanded , undercoated and painted with 2 coats of Farrow & Ball gloss "Setting Plaster" (no.231). The brick masonry to the left of the porch and the Wooden property divider to the right of the porch are both painted a tone lighter in F&B "Pink Ground" (no.202), but using Johnstones' COVA-PLUS emulsion for the masonry and their Aqua-guard for the woodwork. Period antique brass door furniture has been added (sourced from "The Doorknocker Company" in Shropshire). Self levelling compound has been used on the old step to provide a base for the Victorian black and white Chequered mosaic tiles (from Topps Tiles)
