Call out to loss of hot water from water heater. Luckily the MCB had tripped and this is what I found inside the fused spur! Neutral completely melted its sheathing. This would have been found a lot sooner had the circuit been protected by an RCD! Dont hesitate if you smell burning or have a nuisance trip in your home get in contact as this could potentially cause a serious fire/loss of life!
