Joynd Co At Joynd Co , we specialise in designing, crafting , and delivering furniture and joinery . In some instances we can offer payment plans.

Terms and conditions for bespoke items:
We require a non-refundable deposit on every order, this will usually be 50% of the price you are quoted. The amount you pay and how often is completely up to you but you must pay on time or your order will be cancelled. Your order will not be confirmed until the deposit is paid in full. You will be given a turnaround/wait time when we send you the online in

voice for payment. If the payment is not made straight away this wait time may change. Your order is put in a queue. (Example: if you receive the invoice but do not pay the deposit until 3 days later, but we have 3 more orders confirmed before you pay then those orders will come before yours). On completion of your order, the final balance must be paid in full before delivery. Your item will not be delivered or dispatched unless it is paid. Due to the limited space in our workshop, payments must be made within 24 hours and delivery arranged ASAP. We cannot keep hold of large items. You will be sent a photo of your order when it is complete, as well as an invoice via email for final payment. Payments:
We accept online payments via our invoice (provided by Square), PayPal and bank transfer

Late payments after completion:
All late payments will incur a £15 late payment fee 24 hours after the payment is due on completion of your item or service.

Next comes the cutting list, where every panel, edge, and measurement is planned with precision. This is the blueprint that guides the build.

Then, it’s off to manufacturing — where the plans come to life in timber, hardware, and craftsmanship. 🤌🏻
