We were tasked with building this side extension, which would become the customer’s new utility room.⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Here’s what we did:⠀⠀
⠀⠀
🔵 Adopted a traditional build style with a hip roof⠀⠀
🔵 Supplied and fitted the windows and doors⠀⠀
🔵 Completed internal boarding and plastering, and installed plumbing and electrics to the customer’s specifications⠀⠀

Porch Transformation ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
We were asked by this client to transform their old porch, into a new habitable space that could be a more integral part of the house and look more aesthetically pleasing. ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
What we did:⠀
⠀
⚫️ Removed the old wooden window and door⠀
⚫️ Took down the old brickwork ⠀
⚫️ Built from the DPC upwards ⠀
⚫️ Buff colour brick was used internally and red colour brick externally, at clients request⠀
⚫️ Insulated all new wall areas⠀
⚫️ Completed brickwork above window⠀
⚫️ Installed new guttering and fascia⠀
⚫️ Replaced guttering and fascia to rest of house to tie in with new porch⠀
⚫️ Internally: re-boarded the ceiling and skimmed with plaster. For an aesthetic finish we added coving⠀
