✅ Proven experience in a grounds maintenance role – we want someone who’s done it professionally, not just helped out in a garden.

✅ A valid driving licence – you’ll need it to get between our sites.

The role:

You’ll care for private estates, communal grounds, and hotel landscapes, making sure they always look their best.

Sandhurst Garden Services are looking for an enthusiastic gardener with experience to join our grounds maintenance team looking after a mix of residential and commercial properties and developments.

Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00-16:00

The right candidate will already have at least 2 years experience in garden/grounds maintenance, be able to think for themselves, have knowledge of plants and weeds and be able to undertake everyday tasks independently to a high standard such as..
· Lawn Mowing
· Hedge Trimming
· Strimming
· Weeding Beds & Borders
· Blowing

Any additional training needed will be supplied on the job with potential opportunities for further qualifications.

A driver’s licence is preferred but not essential and the rate of pay will be dependent on level of experience.
