I’m writing with something personal I’m very excited about: this weekend I’ll be running the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise funds for Seren DWT to celebrate Down Syndrome Awareness Month this October.

This charity has been a huge support to my family since our gorgeous little boy Luca was born. They do incredible work — sending out beautiful welcome baby boxes across Wales for families with a little one with Down syndrome, and organising amazing meet-ups and days out throughout the year so families can connect and support each other.
