We were called out to a property last year where the existing render was failing — cracking throughout and even falling away in places, with rusting beads.
We’ve now removed all loose render and are reinforcing the surface with a scrim and pin system before applying thin coat silicone render .
This ensures a strong, durable, and long-lasting finish that will protect the property for decades.
