Installing some J2 Flooring Regal Timber Plank through the upstairs of this property as the homeowners were wanting something more practical and hygienic.

A couple of key features of this installation involved wrapping the flooring around the bullnose step on the landing, so no metal trims was on show. Also two bespoke ramp edges made for the bathrooms.

Finished off with some Cormar Carpets to the stairs.

Phase one of this house renovation done for this client.

Textures UK Old English Oak installed with a darker wood feature strip to emphasise the border. A speciality curved feature round one of the units to finish it off.

Kerakoll UK Proflow Finish smoothing compound went down prior to the flooring.

Brightening up this home with some Naked Oak Herringbone to go with the lovely decor.

Floor was out 25mm from kitchen to the lounge so some Kerakoll Proflow Finish used to build this up to get a perfectly flat floor.

Galloway iconic herringbone with a 5mm design strip to emphasise the border and what a product it is.

Couple of curve finishes round the toilet and sink to give it a real feature finish.

proflow finish screed prior to the lvt going down.

Over the moon with the finish of this and for a great couple of people as well!

another satisfied customer after getting this one complete for them.

LVT in the cottage oak colourway with herringbone in the lounge area with a singular border and planks in the kitchen and dining area, but making it flow through with no metal trims!

First time using Proflow Finish and must admit what a product it is! Won’t be turning back from that now.

To finish off some lovely fluffy carpet fitted in 3 bedrooms, landing and stairs.

Entrance porch and hallway completed for a returning customer few weeks back using LVT - Old English Oak.

Entrance porch had to be raised up 20mm with a smoothing compound to remove the two different floor heights so no more thresholds between the two floors. 6mm plywood with joints feathered edged in hallway.

First time using and must admit great product for a great price!

Naked Oak colour in Herringbone 100mm x 400mm LVT. Multiple stone walls to scribe around with the help of pipefinders. Ardex high temperature adhesive used.
