Steels fitted, holding the external wall in place due to movement, all specified by the structural engineer and signed off by the building inspector, stud work built, boarded and then plastered. Then a suspended ceiling finishing both offices off nicely, flooring still to go down but unfortunately not by us

Damp proof course being bridged here causing this external wall damp issues, a nice easy fix,
✅ Concrete cut away
✅ dug out 150mm
✅ replaced with pea gravel to aid with drainage

Creaking stairs and floor boards? This customer had enough and decided to get us in.
✅Floor boards replaced
✅old treads removed, supported and replaced
✅lots of glue used to stop any future movement

I think I must of been so excited to have an early finish for once that I forgot to take a picture of the finished steps, which is a real shame as we took the time to route a bull nose detail on each step.
