What a transformation. 😍

The preparation in this bathroom was ridiculous. Old buildings where floors are running out 60mm, everything back to bare brick and stud walls, But the time and effort has payed off.

You wouldn't think it was the same room.

WHAT A TRANSFORMATION 😍

The original ensuite was a small space. But knocking through into an old office space has made this ensuite a great size.

Alot of prep with relocating all pipework and fitting 1200mm by 600mm porcelain tiles up and down as it was on the third floor was hard going. But worth it. 👌

😍 bathroom goals 😍

Alot of blood, sweat and tears went into this bathroom refurbishment.

From knocking an old airing cupboard out to allow me to fit a bath, having to stud out and reboard every wall as the old cottage walls were so far out of level. So much prep went into this before I could even start tiling.

But the final results are 👌

Ensuite refurbishment 🛁

The original ensuite was a small wetroom with just a shower in. So we knocked a wall out to allow me to fit a large walk in shower with wall hung basin and dual fuel towel rail. Fully tiled with a feature tile in shower area and large 900mm by 600mm porcelain tiles on the rest of the walls and floor.
