Internal stop tap seized soild, external stop tap doesn't isolate the houses it feeds and the water company wouldn't come out as its not leaking.
Steel pipe buried in the wall had corroded causing internal wall to be very damp in the kitchen. Dug up outside to find the water mains and found to also be leaking under the ground.
Lifted interal floor and dug down to find the water mains. Cut the pipe live and installed a temporary stop tap to shut the water off. Replaced the mains into the house and installed new stop tap.
Now to alter pipework work and then change the joists above the kitchen due to the damp wall the joists have rotted at the ends

Rotten floor joists replaced, all timbers and masonry sprayed with timber & wood worm treatment, dpc added at the ends of the joists that meets the wall. Rotten timber lintel above the window replaced. New flooring installed.
Property has water ingress from a broken gutter and cracked mortar.
Repointed brick work and in the process of replacing the rotten fascia board and gutter repair.

Another roof repair completed today just in time before the rain arrived.

Membrane was rotted at the eaves causing water ingress into the bedroom.
Tiles removed, membrane cut away, new breathable membrane and new battens installed. We've also installed eaves support trays and then tiles cleaned up and replaced and gutters cleared out.

Just moss left to remove on the rest of roof

New kitchen install we've just completed.
Kitchen designed and supplied by Wren kitchens. Removed the old kitchen, water mains came through the base of the sink unit so we shut off the mains, alterations made so the stop tap is now through the back of the unit so the customer can use the full unit, also looks alot better in my opinion. Good customer service from wren as found a damaged end panel and door, let them know straight away and replacements are on the way, thats all that's left to do. Then ready for decorating.

Kitchen we have recently completed.
Kitchen was supplied by wren who also sorted the worktops. Walls tiled with metro tiles, and we was also asked to fit skirting boards and coving.

We took over from another kitchen fitter who made a start and made a mess of the job. Unfortunately our client wasn't happy and called us in to sort it and finish the project..

Due to hard water at the clients property we installed a brita filter tap supplied by the client.

This bathroom had loose floor boards and damaged/ rotten floor joists, which caused excessive movement and resulted in the clients shower tray cracking.
We installed new treated floor joists, laid 25mm Marine plywood, which was supplied by the client , 12mm marine ply on top, ready to tile/ lay floor covering. Installed new shower tray and original shower enclosure.

Roof repair we started yesterday is now completed 😎
Tiles removed,rotten battens, and membrane removed. Installed eaves trays and new membrane. Supplied and fitted new battens. Put the old original tiles back on as requested and replaced damaged tiles for new.
Roof is now water tight again.
