Nice little boiler change for a Friday !
Out came a baxi 105 instant having gave 18 years of service and in went a baxi 836 combi 2, new magnetic filter system flushed upgraded gas supply and heating controlled with hive app based controls.
Boiler registered with building control and baxi for a whopping 10 year warranty
All done in a day

Mornings work changing this micro bore manifold that was blocked re- piping it using tees to increase flow to the radiators so they will heat efficiently
