We can provide the full package to allow the process that’s required in building an extension, renovating or remodeling to become much smoother with one point of contact from initial design meeting to completed works, we can deal with the planning process, building regulation submission, complete your works and manage the full process in house.

If you were to take out the full package with us on top of just your architectural/structural design works we can offer you a reduction on the design fees of upto 50%, which will be refunded when the building works contract is awarded. A rear single storey extension under way in Brayton, the existing property was of timber frame construction, with the new extension matching this timber frame construction. Further updates to follow during the build.

The builder carrying out the works are local builder Stoker Building and Joinery.

Side extension completed in Thorpe willoughby with Chris Hewlett C J Hewletts Ltd completing the build, not a straight forward build this one with an angled gable to contend with and first floor overhang to allow a large first floor bedroom/dressing room and en-suite, with a hallway and utility to the ground floor.

Half a garage converted into a play room which was recently completed in Whitley, working with YO8 Construction on this project. Garage fully lined out with an internal timber frame, insulation installed and separating wall built to meet current building regulations. Roof light and new window installed also to give the client what they required within their household.
