What began as curiosity became a way of life.
I started making my own peanut butter.
Then butter.
Then bread.
Kimchi.
Chutneys.
Oils.
Growing vegetables.
Even skincare.
Not because I was chasing perfection, but because I wanted to understand. To simplify. To know exactly what was in the things my family used every day.
