Survey:Graham was excellent, personable and understood the importance of finer details to ensure the install worked well and looked great.Install:Lee and Lee were ontime, personable and worked very efficiently, installing 2 roller doors in a morning. They also showed me how to operate both the fobs and the emergency access. One very minor gripe was that I have had to pickup multiple discarded screws and cable clips which could have given my car a puncture had I not done so - my feedback would be they should be trained to fully clean their working area both inside and outside the garage before finishing.Product:The Aluroll doors are an excellent product and work very well. I would hope they continue to operate flawlessly for many years to come.Sales/Backoffice:The quote was delivered quickly and was clear. Communication from Louise and team in the office was friendly and helpful. The payment link on the invoice didn't work and needs to be fixed, however i paid over the phone with Louise and then final balance by bank transfer so wasn't a huge inconvenience.Would certainly recommend to others, just minor points would have made my score of 4 stars, a 5 star.
