Some of the plants from this weeks shopping trip on Monday. The rain over the last few days has been really good for the gardens, it’s a perfect chance to get some new plants in over the hot weekend coming up.
I’ve also had a delivery of pots arrive yesterday, I’ll post some photos later when I get them all unpacked

The temperature over the next week or so is looking a bit chilly overnight, although we probably won’t see any frost ( fingers crossed), it will be cold enough to set your seedlings back or even kill them.
A cloche acts like a mini greenhouse, trapping warm air inside and protecting your little darlings from the chill.
It will also keep pigeons or rabbits from nibbling them, and help in the fight against slugs and snails.

It was my day off today, so what did I do? I visited a plant nursery of course to buy some new summer bedding plants to sell !!! Yeah I know how to relax and switch off 🙄

Anyway, this is a new supplier I haven’t used before, and they had some really nice plants, with unusual colours you don’t always see, so I came back with quite a lot 😬
Trailing plants for your hanging baskets or to sprawl over the edge of pots, and upright plants for pots and borders.
They will all be out on sale tomorrow at £2.50 each

Organically grown herbs from the fantastic now in stock. In peat free compost too, these are perfect for cooking, medicinal use or just for the smell and lovely foliage textures.
On Sunday I’ll be having a stall on the High Street as part of the selling these herbs, my friend Angela will be running the shop so you can get twice the pleasure 😂
