Hi All, my brother sam set this up
I hope everyone is doing well as we enter into the gloomy cold months of winter.
I’ve kept it quite low key so far but I wanted to create this group to share that I will running the London marathon in April 2025. I wanted to share this news first with a small subset of family and friends before plastering it all over social media.
For those interested, please find a link to my fundraising page below:

Please don’t feel pressured into donating as I know just how tough times are currently, but I wanted to give some exposure to my fundraising page before sharing it further afield with work colleagues etc. I will be running for Lymphoma Action, the cancer my Dad currently suffers from. Feel free to browse my page for more details on his story and a little background into the reasons I decided to run such a crazy event.
Again, no pressure but for those who wish to, feel free to share my page across any social media platforms and with anyone I may of missed. The chances are 1 in 3 of us will come across cancer again in our life times and I’d love to raise as much as possible for this amazing charity.
For those interested, I will be creating updates via my fundraising page on progress as I work my way through training. Currently, I’m 5 miles away from reaching half marathon status so plenty of work still left to do.
Cheers all and a massive heartfelt thanks in advance for those who kindly have opportunity to donate, it’s very much appreciated
